Our Tariff 2011

Room rates

All of our rates are quoted on a per room basis and include an a la carte breakfast, genuine Highland hospitality and 20% VAT.

With most of our room types you have a choice of either the garden view over the parking area and entrance or the preferred mountain-view over the lawns at the rear of the building to the mountains of Strathconon.

Single Occupancy

A discount of 30% will be given for single occupancy of a double room.

Family or Triple Rooms

Although our room rates are based on two adults sharing we have several rooms large enough to be set up to accommodate additional children or adults. Each additional adult would be charged at £30 per person per night, children under 5 years old stay free and children between 5 and 15 would be charged £20 per night. Again these rates include an a la carte cooked breakfast, genuine Highland hospitality and 20% VAT.

Accommodation & Dinner

Our restaurant menu is a la carte with every dish being individually priced, so we feel that our above quoted B&B rates offer you the best value for money. Guests are invited to eat as much or as little as they wish and charge their dinner to their room.

Pets

Coul House is a great place to bring your four-legged friend with miles of forest walks to explore and log fires to curl up to; Bruno or Digger would be most upset if you left them at home. Well-behaved dogs are made to feel most welcome, they are able to stay with you in the bedroom and the public areas but we do request they stay out of the restaurant. A fee of £5 per dog per day will be added to your bill.
